Wealth Building is at the heart of why people own real estate. Most people start by buying a first home to live in. The Small Property Investor, the mom or pop investor, will usually buy one or more single family homes, condos, duplexes, or four plexes. They will manage these investments themselves, learning how to work with tenants and manage the cash flow. When properties exceed time to manage, then these investors graduate to professional management services.
