Hello, and thank you for stopping by my website and wanting to know more about what makes me tick. What I love about the real estate business is that it is dynamic and always changing. Real estate values have rocketed to great heights due to people playing the real estate market as though it were the stock market, and now to the current economic doldrums, a result of those creative, but out of control practices. The miracle of real estate is that property still sells regardless of the markets. The conditions change, and the loans and assorted incentives change, but there are still people who want or need to sell and there are still people who want or need to buy (and yes, there are still 1031 exchange buyers out there with deadlines!) This business is puzzle full of fun things to discover and learn, and I love it.
It takes an inquisitive, tenacious, and resourceful person to keep in step with today's extremely difficult market. It doesn't require a Broker's License, or having almost 30 years of experience, or being a Certified Distressed Property Expert, even though I do have those distinctions. It really takes being willing to work hard, being honest, truthful, and loyal to your customers. But, the Broker's License gives me a depth of training that many Realtors cannot offer their customers, and the 30 years experience has given me the eyes and ears to spot problems before they become problems which in turn helps to keep my customers out of trouble. Finally, the newest of my acquisitions is the CDPE certification which enables me to work with the thousands of people currently in financial distress.
The overwhelming reward of this business is the joy of helping people, whether they are cash rich looking for investments to expand their portfolio or cash depleated looking for some relief from mortgage debt. It's my knowledge that helps them reach their respective goals.
